Main Responsibilities:
- Implement HR policies and programs including employee relations ,recruiting, staffing, and management training.
- Provide objective and strategic input and guidance to employees at all levels of the organization including career development, general management and employee relationship issues.
- Guide managers and employees in resolving employee relations issues by providing effective conflict resolution and coaching to with the ultimate goal of turning employee behavior around. Identify and implement training programs.
- Develop and implement effective hiring and employee retention programs.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for the department perform periodic cost and productivity analyses Maintains current knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to insure regulatory compliance. Identifies trends that could impact the organization objectives.
- Maintain an effective level of business literacy including company goals, mission, financial position, strategy, competition, technology and culture.
- Developing and implement OD projects such as performance management, high potential program, career path, leadership development program
- Talk with management to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
- Develop organizational and people development strategies
- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals
- Designing, aligning, and implement plan for increasing successor & talent pipeline
- Monitoring, review, evaluating development plan and successor & talent career
- Creating succession plan
- Analysis effective of training program and improvement to future training initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Political Science, or other related fields
- Minimum of 5 years experiences in Human Resources, Organization Development, Have experience in Performance Management System, HROD/HRD, Learning & Development, and Organization Developmen
- Intensive experience in HR solution development , PMS , Recruitment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Project management experiences and time management skills
