Job Description :

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related fields

Responsibility :

• Analyze customers’ business requirement, mapping with company’s product, explore and recommend the most suitable solution that can serve customer ‘s needs.
• Conducting discovery and solution design workshops with clients and teams to identify client requirements.
• Proposing a roadmap and implementation plan of specific focused projects to achieve the desired outcomes according to the proposed solutions.
• Manage projects and take actions needed to make your clients successful, leading detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables against scope, and timeline.
• Ensure the project go-live with smooth operation including after go-live support.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Engineer or IT related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant and IT Solution consultant
• Strong sense of client services, good communication skills and a sense of team-work.
• Able to manage workload and time according to deadlines set.
• Good presentation and Negotiation skill.
• Good command of English, both writing and speaking.
• Energetic, systematic thinking, good team player and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to deal with people from all level ranging from senior management to officer.
• Result-driven, innovative, and passionate.
• Experience in Insurance, Automobile, e-Commerce, SasS would be advantage.
